Disposable Spraybooth Filter Paper
Binks spray booth filters are disposable and have a high filtration efficiency of up to 98%.
To improve the filtration efficiency, two cardboard sheets where holes located differently from each other are stapled together to form a corrugated shape which is called accordion structure. The paint contained air is sufficiently filtered and exhausted while it is being moved in 4 directions inside of the filters.
Features
- Up to 98% filtration
- Outlasts other filters three to five times
- High Loading Capacity – longer working life – Low pressure drop
- The expansion strap keeps an appropriate spacing between the accordion filters
- Length adjustment is made easier due to the marks. (Marking for every eight corrugations)
- Self supporting
- Concertina Design Reduces, Storage and Transport Costs
- Powerful 4 directions filtration method
Superior Structure
Designed with two cardboard sheets, which are stapled together firmly, the spray booth filters are fitted with an expansion strap on the rear side to ensure the correct spacing of each corrugation (30 cm for 8 corrugations), guaranteeing optimum and superior filter performance.
Large Flow Rate
The air hole is large enough to ensure more air passing through.
Compared to traditional filtration systems, longer working life is made possible.
