①Quick Release Ring
The retaining ring is hard anodized and equipped with a new function "quick release screw". The ring, which can be attached and detached in less than one rotation, realizes quick and easy operation of the air cap.
②Revolutionary Air Cap
Two types of "DV1s" air caps have high coating efficiency. Even with a base coat, which was difficult with conventional HVLP, a perfect flat pattern is formed by uniform particles and coating distribution, achieving a smooth, high-design finish. The new technologies S1 (HVLP +) and S2 (HVLP) have a new level of atomization performance and are suitable for both water-based paints and solvent paints.
③Innovative Fluid Tip Design
The newly designed "fluid tip" that adopts a streamlined form suppresses turbulence by controlling air fluid, dramatically increases the flow velocity, and maximizes the amount of paint sucked. As a result, a more stable coating pattern distribution is achieved while being quiet.
④Re-Designed Trigger
A spring is built into the trigger part of the innovative design to eliminate extra movement in the lateral and rotational directions. Very smooth and light operability that has never been experienced.
