SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, April 30, 2019 – Carlisle Fluid Technologies, a global leader in applied finishing solutions, announced today that it has acquired Hosco Fittings LLC (Hosco), Integrated Dispense Solutions LLC (IDS), and Classic Precision LLC.
Hosco is a privately held manufacturer of paint circulating and application finishing fittings, headquartered in Wixom, Michigan. IDS, based out of Shelby Charter Township, Michigan, manufactures dispense systems and custom engineered fluid controls, and Wixom-based Classic Precision specializes in precision machining for aerospace and defense manufacturing processes.
Hosco, IDS, and Classic Precision offer a wide range of products, technology and capability as well as a strong track record in delivering valuable dispensing solutions and excellent service to their customers and to a number of end markets.
