Precautions against Imitation Products of DeVILBISS (commonly known as copy products, fake products or counterfeit products)

Thank you for using our DeVILBISS products.

However, we have recently confirmed that a large number of imitation DeVILBISS products are distributed in many parts of the world. Although these "imitation products" are not designed and produced by us, there recently being reports that such products are listed on auction web-sites, etc. illegally using our logos, both within the country and overseas.

Below listed are some recent examples.

• A Company that has no business relationship with us manufactured imitation products of our products and sold them by falsely representing itself as our authorized dealer.
• A company that has no business relationship with us sold imitation products on the Internet, claiming itself as an authorized dealer of us.
• Purchased products (imitation products) which were told to be a DeVILBISS product by a company that has no business relationship with us.
• Sold products (imitation products) as if they were DeVILBISS products on the online auction.

Be cautious of any suspicious product, such as extremely low sale price or there is any suspicious point in its design.

Taking this situation into consideration, we are strengthening imitation product countermeasures.

We will stand against users of such false authorization, manufacturers and distributors of the imitation products, and will not hesitate to take a legal action against it.

Imitation products are not covered by our warranty.

Therefore, in order to prevent the purchase of imitation products by mistake, be sure to purchase DeVILBISS products from our authorized dealer.

Your understanding and cooperation in the following points will highly be appreciated.

• In order to prevent accidental acquisition of risky imitation products, use the authorized channel you have already traded with for purchase of our products.
• If you purchase any product through any unauthorized channel, it will not be covered by our quality assurance plan.
• We will take no responsibility for any copy product.
• We will not accept any returns or exchanges.
• Also, if you send us products purchased from any non-authorized dealers for our appraisal, we will not be able to comply with your request.
• Contact DeVILBISS if you have any information on suspicious dealers.
