Carlisle Fluid TechnologiesはShinhang Inc.を買収しました。

アリゾナ州・スコッツデールに本社を構えるCarlisle Fluid Technologies（以下CFT）は、2019年5月16日、Shinhang Inc.(以下Shinhang)を買収したことを発表致しました。

韓国・キョンギ道アンサン市を拠点とするShinhangは、自動車や一般産業向けのシーリングならびに塗装循環装置を製造する企業であり、自社の開発部門で製造された先進テクノロジーと高度な技術は高い評価を受けています。

CFT社長Shelley Bauschは次のように述べています。

Carlisle Fluid Technologies acquires Shinhang Inc.

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA, May 16, 2019 – Carlisle Fluid Technologies, Inc. (“CFT”) a global leader in applied finishing solutions, announced today that it has acquired Shinhang Inc. (Shinhang).

Shinhang, based out of Ansan-si, Gyeonggi Province, Korea, is a privately held producer of sealing and painting equipment and systems for the automotive and general industrial markets. The company is acclaimed for advanced technology and rigorous R&D through their Shinhang Institute of Technology.
